Terms of Service - WarEra Bot

Effective Date: April 8, 2026

By adding, using, or interacting with WarEra Bot in any Discord server, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this bot, you declare that you have read and accept these conditions as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the bot and remove it from your server.

2. Use of Service

  • Purpose: WarEra Bot is an informational and market tool designed to enhance the experience of WarEra players.
  • Restrictions:
    • Using the bot to spam, harass other users, or disrupt the normal operation of the service is not allowed.
    • Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the bot code or the WarEra API through this tool is strictly prohibited.
    • Mass automated querying (scraping) that may degrade bot performance for other users is not permitted.

3. Internal Market (Trading)

  • WarEra Bot facilitates contact between buyers and sellers through the /market command.
  • Responsibility: The bot acts only as a notice board. We do not process micropayments or real transactions. The final exchange of items or in-game currency occurs within WarEra under the responsibility of the involved users.
  • We are not responsible for scams or disagreements between players.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • Data Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate data through integration with the WarEra API, information is provided "as is". We do not guarantee total accuracy or the immediate update of prices or strategic states.
  • Availability: The service may experience interruptions for maintenance, updates, or downtime of third-party services (Discord/WarEra API).

5. Intellectual Property and Independence

  • WarEra Bot is an independent project. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, or officially endorsed by the developers of WarEra.
  • All product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the bot after such modifications will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

Privacy Policy - WarEra Bot

At WarEra Bot, we value your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how we handle information within the Discord ecosystem and its integration with the WarEra game.

1. Information We Collect

To function correctly, the bot collects and processes the following types of data:

  • Discord Identifiers: We collect your Discord User ID and the ID of the servers (guilds) where the bot is present. This is necessary to manage permissions, custom commands, and alert configurations.
  • Game Identifiers (WarEra): When using commands like /userinfo or registering in the internal market, the bot may associate your Discord account with your WarEra Player ID.
  • Internal Market Data: If you use the internal market feature (/sellitem), we store information about the items you list for sale, including descriptions, prices, and your user ID so other players can contact you.
  • Command Content: We process the inputs you enter in slash commands to generate the requested responses. We do not read private messages or other text channels outside of direct interactions with the bot.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Provide real-time statistics and strategic analysis.
  • Facilitate trading between users via the cross-server internal market.
  • Send automatic notifications (e.g., war alerts or region status changes).
  • Generate price histories and global economic analysis.

3. Storage and Security

Data is stored locally on the systems where the bot is executed (WarEra Bot HQ). We do not sell your data to third parties. System logs are used solely for error resolution and performance improvement.

4. Third Parties

The bot interacts with:

  • Discord Inc: Through the official API for message delivery and command management.
  • WarEra API: We consume public data from the WarEra API (api2.warera.io) to display game information. We do not have access to your private game login credentials.

5. Contact and Data Deletion

If you wish for us to delete any persistent data associated with your Discord ID (such as internal market listings or alert settings), you can contact the developer via the support server or the responsible user (Saaaru).
